Today when this post is published, it is my 20th birthday! I thought that sharing 20 fun facts about me would be a great way to help my readers learn a little bit more about me and my life. I have always dreaded the infamous fun fact icebreaker because I can never think of anything interesting about myself
- I was born on July 25th, 1999 which makes me 20 years old the day this is posted.
- I am a Leo.
- I don’t know how to whistle and I really wish I did.
- My personality type is INTJ according to the Myers-Briggs test which means I am an introvert.
- I’m pretty tall (5’10).
- I attend Michigan State University where I am majoring in marketing with a minor in Spanish.
- I am OBSESSED with the TV show This Is Us. Probably the only show that’s ever made me truly cry.
- When I was younger, my dream job was to be an architect.
- I have never traveled outside of the United States.
- It is my goal to study abroad in Spain this upcoming school year.
- I’ve probably seen the movie Titanic over 20 times.
- My first name Amyl is pronounced (uh-meal). Jaylen is my middle name.
- I am the oldest sibling in my family.
- I danced for over 10 years of my life. I was on the competitive team at my dance studio and my high school’s pom team.
- I have a huge sweet tooth, I’d much rather eat dessert over real food anytime.
- I’m an extremely picky eater. I still order chicken tenders and fries at most restaurants.
- I am a total scaredy-cat. I hate scary movies, haunted houses, and all other things slightly scary.
- My favorite scent is vanilla because it reminds me of baked goods which I love.
- My favorite number is 25.
- I am a homebody. I am completely content with staying in and watching a good movie or reading a book.
